Qualifications

• Professional, well-groomed and courteous demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote guest and associate rapport by responding promptly and courteously.
• Use HotSOS app to receive and track assignments.
• Clean and maintain all assigned areas following standards.
• Acknowledge and complete tasks from daily assignment sheet.
• Transport deliveries and assist with general cleaning tasks as directed.
• Operate cleaning machinery and report maintenance needs via HotSOS.
• Maintain cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas.
• Adhere to safety standards and hotel policies.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism at all times.
