Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
• Maintains uniform per restaurant requirements and upholds hygiene standards.
• Answers guests' questions about the restaurant and handles requests with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Cooperates with management and teammates; offers assistance when needed.
• Follows safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; reports unsafe conditions.
• Knows emergency procedures in the restaurants.
• Performs all duties and follows associate handbook standards.
