The Woodlands Country Club, Player Course in The Woodlands, TX, part of Arcis Golf, is seeking an Outside Services Supervisor. You will greet and assist golfers, coordinate tee times and cart rentals, supervise staff, and ensure the upkeep of carts and practice areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf course operations or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist golfers with their bags and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train, schedule, and supervise outside service staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee maintenance of golf carts and practice facilities; report issues to leadership.
• Maintain inventory of range balls, tees, and other items; ensure safety and compliance.
