Job summary

Bolay in Florida is seeking a friendly server to join our team. You will greet guests, explain daily specials and promotions, and ensure a positive dining experience from ordering through payment.

You will ascertain guest satisfaction, deliver accurate service, and uphold all safety and liquor policies. English communication and a courteous demeanor are essential, as is the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of serving experience preferred.

Job description

• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process.
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
