• Greet and serve guests in dining, concessions, catering, and breakroom areas in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and banquet/event service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly; elevate issues as needed.
• Ensure consistent portion control and presentation of food and beverages.
• Set up, restock, and maintain food and beverage stations across dining areas.
• Assist with basic cash handling and POS reconciliation at shift close.
