Job summary

PM Hotel Group’s Field & Stream Lodge Co. in Bozeman, MT seeks a warm, guest-focused front desk host to be the hub of service for arriving and departing guests. You will manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest communications with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the PMS and POS functionality.
• Provide gracious customer service to guests and visitors.
• Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest communications.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow hotel procedures for cash, credit, and gift transactions.
