Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to handle cash transactions, TITO tickets, currency exchange, and related tasks.
• Knowledge of Title 31 regulations and casino promotions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment for guests and co-workers.
• Be a gracious host to guests and teammates.
• Promote a positive community influence and participate in events.
• Ensure interactions follow the Red-Carpet Customer Service Program.
• Maintain a balanced cashier's station and accurate cash handling.
• Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees (TITO tickets, checks, travelers' checks, currency exchange, cash advances).
• Know and comply with Title 31 regulations.
• Enroll patrons into Players Club and assist Marketing with promotions.
• Operate main bank as assigned and handle related duties.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Comply with state, company, and departmental policies and regulations.
