Guest Services is seeking a friendly Cashier to provide excellent customer service while handling cash transactions accurately. You will identify items, process payments, issue receipts, and answer guest questions in a fast-paced unit.

The role requires basic math, reliable appearance, and strong communication to ensure guests have a positive experience and to support our hospitality operations across parks and facilities.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic and cash handling required.
• Excellent sanitation habits.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to communicate and attend to guests with the highest standard of service.
• Ability to pass cash handling training.
• Problem sensitivity and the ability to recognize problems and report them.

Responsabilités

• Identify items and cost, and tabulate bills quickly using cash register or calculator.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately.
• Maintain cash register and contents; turn in cash drawer and sales reconciliation at shift end.
• Smile and greet customers; answer questions and provide information on products, promotions, and policies.
• Maintain clean and orderly cash station area and stock sales area.
• Ensure safety awareness and report issues to management.

Formation

High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred
