Responsibilities

• Identify items and costs; tabulate bills quickly and accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
• Maintain cash register and contents; ensure accuracy.
• Turn in cash drawer and reconcile sales at end of shift.
• Greet customers; answer questions about products and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cash station and surrounding area.
• Maintain general awareness of safety and report issues.
