Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to pass driving test.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Pickup, transport, and drop off guests and luggage at various locations.
• Safely load, unload, and transfer luggage.
• Provide information about the property, park hours, and amenities.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other teams as needed.
• Ensure sufficient transportation availability based on reservations.
• Convey guest needs to Front Desk promptly.
• Act as a runner for the Front Desk when required.
• Assist other departments as needed.
