Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and support during check-in/check-out to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
• Arrange transportation and provide local recommendations; coordinate with staff to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest requests and provide concierge support with a professional, welcoming presence.
• Maintain lobby and bell stand area to create a positive first impression and ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Follow safety procedures for handling belongings, assist during emergencies, and monitor lobby and entrance for safety.
• Support evolving business needs by completing other tasks, attending meetings and training, and maintaining schedule flexibility.
