Pay range: $21.61/hr (fixed). The Guest Services Attendant will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services, ensuring all areas meet five-star/five-diamond standards.

Responsibilities
  • Transfer linens, towels, and amenities to guest rooms, including lifting and overhead reaching.
  • Fold, hang towels, re-assemble bedding, and pick up guest items, involving bending, stretching, kneeling, and carrying up to 10 lbs.
  • Clean mirrors, windows, bathrooms, and floors, using chemicals and performing kneeling and hand motions.
  • Vacuum rooms daily, report stains or damages requiring deep cleaning.
  • Report deficiencies needing maintenance.
  • Remove trays and liquids, lifting 1-10 lbs.
  • Organize linen and amenity closets, involving lifting, balancing, and moving items.
  • Follow cleaning sequences and report lost and found items.
  • Maintain accurate logs and communicate challenges.
  • Complete rooms promptly, ensuring a 95% cleanliness score.
  • Report suspicious activities and emergencies.
  • Attend departmental meetings and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Minimum Skills
  • Efficient, thorough, and physically capable of performing tasks.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to operate office equipment and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Valid driver’s license for vehicle operation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in housekeeping.
