Job summary

La Paloma Country Club in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a full-time Guest Services Attendant to ensure a positive experience for members and guests while supporting golf club operations.

As part of Troon, you will assist with bag handling, club cleaning, start of play direction, and rental club service, while learning about golf operations in a premier club environment.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
