Job summary

Quintero Golf Club, located in Peoria, AZ, is recruiting for a Full-Time Guest Service Attendant as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management. You will support guest experiences, assist with club handling, and contribute to a fast-paced, service-focused environment at a premier club.

Key duties include assisting with upkeep of Great Shots, educating players, directing play when needed, and maintaining club rental records.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Educates players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serves customers renting clubs and cleans rental clubs on return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots..
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:

• One month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
