Suntex Marinas is seeking a part-time Guest Services Attendant at the Silver Point marina in Tennessee. The role focuses on greeting guests, managing front office/store operations, and ensuring a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

POSITIONPURPOSE:

TheGuestServicesAttendantisresponsibleforcarryingoutoperationsforthemarina and/orrestaurant.TheGuestServices Attendant’s primary responsibility is the customer. They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all serviceneeds are met. The Guest Services Attendant projects a professional company image through all typesof interaction.As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work underpressure.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner
• Providesthehighestlevelofcustomerandguestservices,expeditesanyandallrequestsfrom clients,guestsand members.
