Suntex Marinas seeks a Full Time Guest Services Attendant at Charleston Harbor Marina in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will greet guests, deliver exceptional customer service, answer calls, and coordinate with vendors and staff to meet service needs.

In this fast-paced role, you must stay professional, manage time effectively, and lift up to 30 pounds when needed. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

REPORTS TO: General Manager

POSITIONPURPOSE:

TheGuestServicesAttendantisresponsibleforcarryingoutoperationsforthemarina and/orrestaurant.TheGuestServices Attendant’s primary responsibility is the customer. They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all serviceneeds are met. The Guest Services Attendant projects a professional company image through all typesof interaction.As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work underpressure.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner
• Providesthehighestlevelofcustomerandguestservices,expeditesanyandallrequestsfrom clients,guestsand members.
• To answer all the telephone calls and convey the messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons
• Maintain a professional relationship with all agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers

• Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
