Ranger Station Associates at Jellystone Park Zion is hiring for part-time and full-time Ranger Station Associates. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must obtain or already have a Food Handlers Permit.
• Customer service skills: friendly, outgoing, and committed to service.
• Attention to detail: accurately process reservations, payments, and reports.
• Communication: strong verbal and written skills for guest interactions.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with reservation and POS systems (training provided).
• Problem solving: handle issues calmly and professionally.
• Schedule flexibility: able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests, including at the WaterZone.
• Handle cash and register transactions accurately.
• Assist with retail sales and merchandise.
• Answer guest questions about park activities, events, and amenities.
• Help maintain a safe and fun environment for all guests.
• Support team members during special events and programs.
• Help with the Snack Shack.
