Ranger Station Associates at Jellystone Park Zion is hiring for part-time and full-time Ranger Station Associates. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You’ll welcome guests, check in, handle cash and transactions, assist with retail, and answer questions about park activities and amenities. Join a fun, supportive team with growth opportunities, park discounts, a free season pass, and 5 guest day passes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must obtain or already have a Food Handlers Permit.
• Customer service skills: friendly, outgoing, and committed to service.
• Attention to detail: accurately process reservations, payments, and reports.
• Communication: strong verbal and written skills for guest interactions.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with reservation and POS systems (training provided).
• Problem solving: handle issues calmly and professionally.
• Schedule flexibility: able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
