Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phone.
• Promote special offers or programs.
• Stock lobby merchandise and refreshments and keep all customer areas clean.
• Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures.
• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by management.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines.
