Job Summary

This position is characterized by being fast, fun, and friendly. Responsibilities include checking in guests during peak hours, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. If you are a people person, we want you for this role.

Shifts are 8 hours long, scheduled from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure guests are treated courteously and standards are maintained by all staff.
  • Address guest concerns and follow up as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining room inventory levels to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise bell staff activities to ensure efficient and friendly service during arrivals, departures, and guest interactions.
