Role Description
The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Oak Island, NC. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and delivering friendly, efficient service throughout the guest stay. Daily tasks include handling phone, email, and in-person reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and providing accurate information about properties, amenities, and local attractions. The Guest Services Associate will assist with resolving guest concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring that service standards and company policies are consistently met. The role requires maintaining detailed records in reservation systems, managing payments, and supporting overall office operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications
