Our client is a prestigious law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Guest Services Assistant to support the NYC office on a temporary basis. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan.Job Details- Provide first-rate customer service to all guests and clients
- Coordinate conference room reservation requests and book accordingly
- Utilize conference room booking software to reserve rooms and record requests
- Address client and guest needs, inquiries, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Monitor conference rooms and report facilities issues
- Coordinate catering and audio-visual services
- Pay rate: $28-30 per hour, based on experience
- Time Commitment: Full time, with an assignment length of at least 6 months
Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years’ experience in Front of House roles such as reception, concierge, or conference room services in a professional services or high-end hospitality setting (I.e hotels, restaurants, spas)
- Personable, professional, and highly customer service oriented
- ESP2000 or Rendezvous experience, a plus!
- Tech savvy, confident in Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
