Job summary

Oakwood Care Center is seeking a Guest Services Aide to support residents with non-nursing needs, respond to call lights, and help maintain clean, sanitary rooms. You will assist with meals, linens, and basic tasks to support clinical staff and enhance resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to non-nursing requests.
• Assist residents with non-nursing needs and ensure rooms are clean and sanitized.
• Change linens and assist with distributing resident meals.
• Support clinical staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Represent Oakwood Care Center professionally and with empathy.
