• We are hiring immediately for a full time RESERVATIONS AGENT position.


• Location: AT&T Hotel and Conference Center - 1900 University Avenue, Austin, TX 78705. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Assigns guests with making reservations for the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their reservation process. Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes the reservation process by inputting and retrieving information from the guest and inputting into the computer system confirming pertinent information.


• Ensures room type and prferences are correctly accounted for within guest reservation. Properly accounts for services provided by the hotel.


• Assists guests with processing payments or charges. Accepts and records vouchers, credit, traveler's checks, and other forms of payment.


• Provides guests with information about the facility, services, and amenities.


• Receives special requests from guests, and responds appropriately or forwards requests to appropriate team members for decisions and actions.


• Promptly answers the telephone and email inquiries.


• Fields and resolves guest complaints or elevate for resolution to appropriate department.


• Maintains adequate supplies and functional equipment at the Front Desk.


• Performs any special assignment deemed by the GM, Guest Services manager, or Manager on Duty.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
