Job summary

Diggerland USA is hiring Guest Services Team Members to welcome guests at the West Berlin theme park. You’ll rotate through Admissions, Retail, Arcade, and Pit Stop, delivering a high-energy, guest-first experience.

Ideal candidates are 15 years or older, friendly, and comfortable with basic math and cash handling. Flexible weekends and holidays help you fit around school or other activities, while enjoying perks provided by the park.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with the ability to assist guests and explain park details.
• Ability to handle cash or card transactions and operate a register.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and maintain a welcoming demeanor.

As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll rotate through awesome areas like Admissions, Retail, Arcade, and Pit Stop, all while keeping the energy high and the experience unforgettable.

Your job will include:

Greeting guests with enthusiasm and a big smile

Running registers and processing transactions like a pro

Sharing info about park events, promotions, and sweet deals

Helping guests with directions, questions, and general park awesomeness

Restocking merchandise and keeping your area tidy and guest-ready

Working as a team to keep the fun moving and the service top-notch!
