Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring Service Team Associates in Columbus, OH to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You’ll greet guests, serve food, handle payments at the register, and keep the store clean in a fast-paced setting.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into management roles and participate in Panda Cares community efforts. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible positions across front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, and a supportive work environment with benefits

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team member
• Operations experience is a plus
• Some high school remains a requirement
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests – Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions – Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
