Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and coachable.
• Work experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and inviting spirit.
• Provide excellent guest service and meet customer needs promptly.
• Use a headset to take orders, provide and receive directions.
• Accurately capture orders and suggest items using menu knowledge.
• Prepare and serve food according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized restaurant for guests and teammates.
• Clean and operate all equipment safely and properly.
• Adhere to safe work practices and health regulations.
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory records.
