Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily operations of the restaurant, delivering friendly and personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team! The Team Member position supports exceptional guest service while working with Restaurant Managers and teammates to maintain standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and good math/interpersonal skills.
• Documents and permits required by state/federal law.
• Flexible work availability.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and respond to issues.
• Operate POS, and use upselling techniques to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders and prepare food and drinks.
• Maintain kitchen, dining room, and restrooms cleanliness.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Attend shifts on time and follow uniform policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and improve service.
• Learn team skills and contribute to achieving goals.
