Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor for our Massachusetts store. The GSS will supervise staff, coach team members, greet guests, and ensure adherence to safety, security, quality, and operations policies while maintaining POS accuracy and proper cash handling.
The role also requires ensuring housekeeping and vendor check-in compliance, delivering excellent guest experiences, and supporting 24/7 guest service initiatives.
