Job summary

Los Colinas Golf Club in Queen Creek, AZ, seeks a part-time Guest Service Attendant to enhance the guest experience and support club operations. Join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, and contribute to a welcoming environment for members and visitors.

You will assist with clubhouse upkeep, range duties, cart care, and guest services while learning golf club operations and policies. Prior hospitality experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage, and parking area.
• Set up and run golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging and bag drop areas in order.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Educate players on course rules, cart policy, and pace of play.
• Assist players with changing spikes if needed.
• Help with range maintenance and ball inventory.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Clean rental clubs and service customers renting clubs.
