Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to greet customers with a smile, promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and help guests choose the right wash options. You will be the face of the brand at our locations, delivering friendly, high‑energy service.

This outdoor, fast‑paced role requires reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads.
• Available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
