Job summary

Askar Brands is seeking a Crew Member in Akron, OH to greet customers, take orders, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will handle cash, maintain the display and product rotation, and assist with stocking napkins, cups, and other supplies.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills. Previous cash handling experience is a plus, and duties will include other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to receive money and accurately count back change.
• Cash handling with security awareness and regular cash drops.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a warm, welcoming attitude and provides courteous service.
• Takes and fills customer orders within the company service time guidelines.
• Suggests upsells of products as directed by management.
• Collects payment and delivers orders to customers.
• Counts change and verifies cash drawer accuracy at shift end.
• Notifies manager of any issues or equipment problems.
