Job summary

Askar Brands is hiring Crew Members to serve guests courteously, quickly, and accurately. You will follow the church operating standards for service, manage cash at the register, and keep the dining area clean and well stocked.

Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, counting back change, handling cash securely, and keeping displays tidy. This role requires reliability in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional interaction with all levels.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to receive money and count back change accurately.
• Practices adequate security measures in cash handling and cash drops.
• Basic computer skills.
• Promptly reports to work for each scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude and fill orders within service time.
• Suggest up-selling of products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers and provide accurate change.
• Address customer issues promptly and notify a supervisor as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and count down at end of shift.
• Keep display cases clean, rotated, and well stocked with napkins, lids, and cups.
• Ensure service area is clean and products are presented attractively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
