Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) in Orlando to greet customers, upsell memberships, and ensure a high-quality car wash experience. The role centers on delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

You will engage customers, promote Unlimited Wash Club, and contribute to a welcoming site environment while maintaining standards and collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to connect with customers and deliver friendly service.
• Ability to upsell memberships and products with enthusiasm.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
• Willingness to adapt to varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and assist with light lifting.
