Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Gallatin, TN is hiring a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to warmly greet customers, upsell memberships, and ensure every visit ends with a clean, shiny car.

You’ll work in a fast-paced outdoor setting, engage with customers, and collaborate with the team to keep locations clean and inviting. Weekend and holiday availability, reliability, and energy are valued. Mister Car Wash offers same-day pay, PTO from day one, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to connect with customers.
• Ability to sell memberships with energy.
• Team player who works well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and on varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift as needed.
