Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Des Moines, IA is hiring a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, upsell products, and manage memberships with a friendly, can-do attitude.

In this fast-paced outdoor role, you’ll be on your feet, collaborate with a team, and provide standout service while working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. No prior experience required—we train you to shine at Mister Car Wash.
