Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) in Round Rock, TX to deliver exceptional customer service and drive membership sales in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You’ll greet customers, recommend Unlimited Wash Club options, and ensure every car leaves satisfied.

We value energetic team players who enjoy daily interaction with guests, are reliable, and can work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Strong communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to upsell memberships and products effectively.
