Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Cape Coral, FL seeks a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and ensure every car leaves clean and shiny. This role thrives on fast-paced interaction, teamwork, and responsive service in an outdoor setting.

You will upsell memberships, assist customers with questions, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals, while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or retail roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to upsell products or memberships.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods.
• Reliable with flexible weekend/holiday availability.
• Able to lift and move items as needed.
