Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, promote memberships, and ensure a clean, positive experience at our locations across Minnesota. You will engage with guests, upsell Unlimited Wash Club, and support a fast-paced outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality is preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with outdoor work and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude.
• Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club membership.
• Thank customers for choosing Mister and solve needs as they arise.
• Ensure cars are clean, dry, and presentable before checkout.
