Job summary

Mister Car Wash is hiring a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) at our Minnesota locations. You will greet customers, present our Unlimited Wash Club, and help deliver outstanding service that reflects our brand values.

This role features energetic teamwork, flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and training that covers brand standards and operations. You’ll be on your feet, assist customers, and contribute to a clean, welcoming site experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and upsell memberships.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a wave and a smile.
