Job summary

Mister Car Wash in California is hiring a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, upsell Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and ensure every visit ends with a clean, shiny car.

As part of a fast-paced outdoor team, you’ll deliver friendly, high‑energy service, handle everyday sales tasks, and help keep sites inviting and well‑maintained while adapting to varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Enjoy making connections with customers and have interest in customer service/retail/hospitality roles.
• Able to upsell memberships and products with energy and enthusiasm.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and varied shifts.
