Job summary

Lib's Grill in Reisterstown, MD is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will set up the dining room and server station at the start of your shift, manage your own section and tips, and uphold professional standards to delight guests.

We value applicants with prior customer service experience, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training covers menu knowledge and side work; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service position
• Knowledge of how cash registers operate
• Open weekend availability; evenings often required

Responsibilities

• Servers are responsible for setting up the dining room and server station at the beginning of the shift.
• Servers are responsible for their own sections and their own money.
• There is no job that a server isn't willing to do to make our guests happy.
• When a server's shift is finished, a signature is required from the closing server and closing manager to verify that side work is completed.
• Server sidework includes detailing their section, sweeping and tasks as assigned on the sidework sheets.
• Complete Understanding of the Food Menu
