Great Wolf Lodge in California is seeking a Guest Service & Sales Agent to welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and actively promote upgrades and resort features to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

This role requires friendly, sales-minded service, flexibility for various shifts, and proficiency with property management systems and self-service kiosks. Great Wolf University training and incentive pay accompany the position.
