Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a friendly Joy Creator to join our Baton Rouge bakery. You will greet guests, help them choose the perfect cake for celebrations, and ensure orders are accurate and ready on time. Expect a welcoming, fun environment where you can build community and customer joy.

We offer benefits like free uniforms, employee discounts, free food and snacks, and cake discounts. The team operates with a casual dress code (t-shirts and sneakers), and shifts run 9am-2pm on weekdays.

A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
