Job Title: Guest Service Representative/Spa Coordinator

At Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics, we have been a leader in personal care since 1982, dedicated to providing exceptional services in a harmonious environment. Our mission is grounded in nurturing the well-being of our team and guests alike, fostering an atmosphere of growth, diversity, and empowerment.

We are currently seeking a motivated Guest Service Representative/Spa Coordinator to join our vibrant team at Spa Sydell. This role is essential to ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. As the face of our spa operations, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet clients as they arrive
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Promote and sell spa memberships and services
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist in driving seasonal promotions and special events
  • Embody and uphold Spa Sydell’s core values of Perseverance, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Growth, Respect, and Guest Satisfaction

Schedule:

  • 8 - 10 hour shifts
  • Weekend availability is a must

Our hours of operation are Wednesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. This position is available as part-time (20-30 hours per week).

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, with paid training provided.

  • Able to open and close the spa, following established procedures without supervision
  • Sales-driven with a passion for helping guests
  • Willingness to work weekends and the ability to be available during peak times such as August, December, February, and May
