The Guest Services Representative is fun, energetic and service orientated individual. You must have a passion and take pride in delivering amazing service, able to paint a picture for our prospective guestsof their upcoming stay, which will infuse them with excitement and anticipation to finally arrive at your Community.

Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each suite is prepared for each guests arrival
  • Take personal responsibility for on-going guest needs with a sincere desire to serve
  • Deliver marketing and sales goals by being an amazing closer
  • Be aware of local attractions and restaurants,and make recommendations to guests
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest communication
  • Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day-to-day operations in a timely manner
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner and follow check in, check out procedures
  • Take payments and post accurately to guest accounts
  • Follow set policies regarding all monetary/credit card handling
  • Interactpositively with residents to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity as a representative of the community
  • Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
  • Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules and regulations
  • Operatewithin OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

RequiredSkills and Qualifications

  • Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions
  • Regular attendance, reliability and punctuality is necessary to meet the needs of applicants, new and current residents, guests and outside vendors during regularly scheduled hours
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, upon request
  • Must be able to work overtimeas needed
  • Requiredto work on an on-call basis
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with StreamlineCRMis preferred
  • Previousproperty manager orhospitality experience preferred
