Nothing Bundt Cakes - Cherry Hill is seeking Joy Creators to warmly welcome guests, help them select the perfect cake for celebrations, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.

The role offers a flexible schedule with weekday availability, early closing for evenings, casual attire, cake discounts, and opportunities for advancement. Franchise locations operate with independence, and training is provided within a supportive community.

NOTE:

The ideal candidate must be available weekdays (even during the school year), so the position is not a good fit for high school students.

The ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends), but we are very accommodating with requests, especially for college students.

The ideal candidate would be open to working events such as festivals, hospital sales, etc.

This position has the opportunity for advancement with increased pay.

A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch.
