Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for Joy Creators to greet guests, help them choose the perfect cake, and ensure orders go smoothly. You’ll set a welcoming, joyful tone in the bakery and contribute to a memorable experience for every guest.

We offer flexible schedules, early closings, casual attire (T-shirts and sneakers), and cake discounts. Training in cake crafting and career growth is provided, plus a friendly team vibe and community celebrations.

A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
