J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for guests at the front desk. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest assistance, and ensure the lobby reflects our high standards.
The role may support laundry and housekeeping prep as needed, and requires a friendly demeanor, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an on-site position in Westminster, CO.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Additional Opportunity: In some cases, employees who are willing to assist with overnight on-call coverage may be considered for a complimentary on-site studio apartment, subject to availability and property guidelines. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

As the first point of contact at the front desk, the GSR is responsible for check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest assistance, and ensuring the lobby and front office areas reflect our high standards. This role also supports overall property operations and may assist with laundry and housekeeping prep as needed.
