Future Opening: Guest Service Representative

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our guest services representatives as Joy Creators. A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about.

You’ll play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

Each franchise owner/operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law.

• Support cake crafting and display preparation under guidance.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Participate in training to grow within the organization.
